Andrew Halliburton

Hey, I'm Andrew ๐Ÿ‘‹

I help you figure out what to build. Then I build it.

You know your business. You shouldn't have to map out every detail of the software it needs, too. Bring me the problem you're trying to solve, and I'll work with you to find the right approach, design it, and build it.

That could be a tool that makes your team's work easier or a product you sell to customers.

The short version

  • 48 products shipped
  • 4 companies founded
  • 100s of founders and execs coached
  • Emmy Award winner

What I build

Software you could never justify hiring a whole team for. That math just changed.

Internal tools

The spreadsheet your whole business secretly runs on, rebuilt as real software. It stops breaking, and it stops living in one person's head.

AI where it actually helps

Someone on your team spends every week reading, sorting, and retyping. I automate the repetitive part and keep a person on the decisions.

A real v1

You know what you want to build. You just don't have a technical co-founder or six months. I build the version you can put in front of real customers.

Something that stalled

An agency or a freelancer got it halfway there. I figure out what's worth keeping, then finish it.

Building something else? If it's software and it matters, ask.Start the conversation โ†’

How we'll work together

You don't need a technical plan before we talk. We'll work through the important decisions together, and you'll see progress as we go.

  1. 01

We figure out what's worth building

We'll talk through the problem, who the software is for, and what it needs to help them do. Then we'll decide what to build first and what can wait. If there's a simpler way to solve it, I'll tell you.

  2. 02

You see how it will work before I build it

I'll design the key screens and walk you through how someone would use them. You'll have something concrete to react to, so we can spot what's missing and work through changes before I start building.

  3. 03

You try working software every week

No big reveal at the end. Each week, you'll try what I've built and tell me what's working and what needs to change. We'll use that feedback to decide what comes next.

  4. 04

I help you launch and get people using it

Getting it live is only part of the job. I'll help with the rollout, training, and the early questions that come up as your team or customers start using it. The goal is software people use, not just a finished project.

You work directly with me, every step of the way.

How I got here

Twelve years. Four companies founded. Forty-eight products, from finance and healthcare to connected devices. There's an Emmy in the mix, too.

I've been the engineer, the designer, and the person figuring out what to build. Usually all three at once.

The tools have changed. I still start with the problem.

I've spent the past two years building with AI. It's changed how quickly I can get to working software, but not how I approach a project. I still start by understanding your business, who the software is for, and what would actually help them. Then I help you work through the decisions, design it, and build it.

Outside of work, you'll find me with my family, at church, or out mountain biking. Add in the Utah mountains, Arkansas valleys, and a steady stack of systems-thinking books, and you've got a pretty good picture.

I also speak. Building with AI ยท product leadership ยท second-stage growth

Tell me what you're trying to build

A couple of sentences is plenty. If it's a fit, I'll come back with what I'd do and what it takes. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
